Shōtaro Aoyama
2006年、パリの音楽レーベル兼ファッションブランドのKitsune（aka. Maison Kitsune）の黒木理也に誘われ、Kitsuneに加わる。
Kitsuneを通じて、ファッションやアートなど様々なジャンルのクリエーションが融合するパリのカルチャーシーンを経験し、音楽やデザイン、映像制作を手掛けるマルチなクリエイターとして独立。
2016年、サカナクション山口一郎が主宰するプロジェクト “NF” へ参加。以後、サカナクションのライブの映像演出や、レコーディングにも参加し、アルバム “834.194” では、ユリイカの青山によるリミックスが収録されている。
2023年は山口一郎と共に全国５ヶ所を回るDJツアーNF1ROOMの開催やSONICMANIAの出演などDJとしても活動をおこうなう一方、パリコレクションやファッションブランドの映像、広告などにも楽曲提供を行いながら、自身でも作品をリリースしている。
Shōtaro Aoyama
Shōtaro Aoyama is a producer and DJ based in Tokyo .
In 2006, Shōtaro Aoyama was invited a Parisian music label “Kitsuné”.
Through Kitsuné, he experienced the Parisian culture scene, where various genres of creation, such as fashion and art, fuse together, and became an independent multi-talented creator working in music, design, and video production.
He is releasing 12′ vinyls and cassette tapes on his own label “Hyōgu”,
and has produced and released music that updates indigenous Japanese music in a modern way, such as a collaborative project with the Ainu people who is a Japanese indigenous tribe,
a project for The North Face to make sounds from the natural landscape of Shiretoko Hokkaido, and a project for Fritz Hansen to arrange tracks for a traditional song on an island
called Honjima in Kagawa Prefecture.
